Pankaj Chadha is a managing director focused on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advisory and strategy consulting in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Prior to joining Seale & Associates, Mr. Chadha spent more than two decades with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), a diversified international chemicals and paints company (acquired by AkzoNobel in 2008). Mr. Chadha held various positions including Chief Executive for ICI's catalysts, chemicals and pharmaceuticals businesses in India and his responsibilities included business operations, business strategy, M&A, turnarounds and restructuring.

Mr. Chadha has received a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and attended various management programs through institutions including the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad and Leeds University Business School in the United Kingdom.
