Henry W. Lavine

Henry W. Lavine is a senior director focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory.

Mr. Lavine has enjoyed an extensive and varied career in venture capital and corporate finance as senior partner with the global law firm, Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. Mr. Lavine has advised public and private companies with domestic and international expansion initiatives and worked with U.S. defense companies in satisfying their international offset obligations with a particular focus on India.

Mr. Lavine serves on the National Board of Directors of A Better Chance, the oldest and only national organization of its kind providing assistance to academically talented minority youth.

Mr. Lavine received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
