JOHN SCHAUSS

John Schauss is a Senior Director with more than 30 years experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory.

Mr. Schauss has held executive-level positions in higher education and the media industry.  He has extensive experience in all areas of corporate finance, including taxable and tax-exempt — public and private debt financings.

Prior to joining Seale & Associates, Mr. Schauss held chief operating and financial positions with Media General, Inc.  Prior to that, he held senior-level administrative and financial positions with George Washington University, Eastern University, and Tulane University.

Mr. Schauss received his B.S. in business and finance from Ball State University and completed graduate studies at Regent University and the University of Indianapolis.
