Seale & Associates, Inc. announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Centuri Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CTRI) ("Centuri") on its acquisition of J.J. White, Inc. ("J.J. White"), a leading provider of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC construction services. The acquisition strengthens Centuri's industrial infrastructure platform while expanding its capabilities across power generation, data centers, and other high-growth end markets
Founded in 1920 and headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, J.J. White employs nearly 1,000 people, including more than 950 union field employees. The company provides industrial maintenance and mechanical, electrical, and HVAC construction services supporting capital projects, ongoing maintenance, outage, and turnaround work. Following the acquisition, J.J. White will become part of Riggs Distler, a Centuri company.
