Seale & Associates, Inc. announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Electrolux Professional Group on the acquisition of the assets of Royal Range, a U.S. commercial cooking company and a designer and manufacturer of professional kitchen equipment including ranges, ovens, fryers, and countertop appliances.
The acquired business provides a strategically important addition to Electrolux Professional’s cooking platform in the U.S., expanding its product offering with new categories and complementing its existing portfolio of premium solutions for commercial kitchens. Royal Range, founded in 1995 and headquartered in Eastvale, California, operates a manufacturing facility with approximately 40 employees. The business is expected to generate sales of approximately US$11 million in 2025 with an EBITA margin accretive to Electrolux Professional’s long-term profitability target.
The purchase price was not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
