Fernanda Esparza

Vice President

Fernanda Esparza is a Vice President at Seale & Associates. She has domestic and international experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, valuations and other corporate finance transactions for public and private corporations.

Since joining Seale in 2021, Fernanda has worked on buy-side and sell-side mandates across a range of industries, including beverages, consumer products, household and personal care, logistics, paints and coatings, agribusiness and retail. She has supported clients through every stage of a transaction, from valuation and marketing materials to buyer outreach, negotiations and closing. Notable engagements include work with Arca Continental, AlEn, Berel, Cosmocel, FEMSA and NTA.

Fernanda began her career in Investor Relations at a private debt fund in Mexico City. She graduated first in her class with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana and completed an exchange program in Business Administration at IQS in Barcelona, Spain.

Outside of work, Fernanda is passionate about sports, particularly long-distance running. She is an avid marathoner and enjoys training for and competing in races in Mexico and abroad.
