("Seale") announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Grupo Inversor Intelectiva ("Intelectiva") on the acquisition of the Costa Rica KFC franchise ("KFC Costa Rica"), from QSR International, LLC ("QSR"). The acquired franchise includes 32 KFC stores located across the Costa Rican territory.
