Seale & Associates Advises Grupo Cuprum on the Divestiture of Productos Planos

Seale & Associates, Inc. announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Grupo Cuprum, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“Grupo Cuprum”) on the divestiture of two subsidiaries, Cuprum Metales Laminados, S.A. de C.V. (“CML”) and Alutodo, S.A. de C.V. (“Alutodo”) (collectively “Productos Planos”), to National Material of Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., a subsidiary of National Material, L.P. CML is a leading Mexican supplier of aluminum and steel flat sheet and coil products to customers in a broad range of markets. CML operates service centers and distribution warehouses in Monterrey, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Torreon, Chihuahua, and Juarez City. Alutodo is a provider of slit aluminum foil products for use in industrial and consumer markets. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
