OMAHA, NEBRASKA - Seale & Associates, Inc. announced that it acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Continental Fire Sprinkler Company ("Continental Fire") and Continental Alarm & Detection Company ("CADCO") on the sale of the businesses to Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc.
