Seale Advises on Sale of Mexican Food Ingredients and Specialty Chemicals Business to ICL Performance Products, a subsidiary of Israel Chemical Limited

MONTERREY, MEXICO - Seale & Associates, Inc. ("Seale") announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Cosmocel, S.A. de C.V. ("Cosmocel") on the carve-out and sale of its Cosmocel Quimica, S.A. de C.V. ("Cosmocel Quimica") division, a leading Mexican manufacturer of functional food ingredients and specialty chemicals, to ICL Performance Products LP ("ICL-PP"), a leading global specialty phosphate producer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction closed on June 30, 2011.

Cosmocel Quimica, based in Monterrey, Mexico, is well known for high quality standards in production and service and has been a well-established Mexican market leader for more than 50 years. ICL will acquire the company's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico and its extensive sales and distribution network in Mexico, Central and South America. Cosmocel remains focused on its core agricultural division, which provides products and services to growers of vegetables, fruit and flowers, offering leading high technological nutrients as well as specific nutritional programs to meet the most demanding crop requirements and soil conditions. Cosmocel offers solutions to yield better crops by offering specialty product lines specifically designed to nurture the plant in order to maintain and improve its nutrient levels, always seeking to maximize the growers' profit.
