Seale advises Zinc Nacional on the Divestiture of its Korean-based Zinc Recycling Business
Suncheon-si, Republic of Korea - Seale & Associates announced that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Zinc Nacional, S.A., a global leading zinc recycling and zinc compounds company, on the divestiture of Global Steel Dust Korea, its South Korean zinc recycling business to Zinc Oxide Corporation, subsidiary of Korea Zinc (KOSE: A010130), a publicly traded global leading company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of non-ferrous metals.
The transaction will strengthen Global Steel Dust Korea's business prospects and flexibility to serve the Korean market under the leadership of Korea Zinc. Closing is subject to customary closing conditions for these types of transactions.
